Feeling Floral in Lovedrobe

Lovedrobe are always coming up with their new releases, in the plus size industry they are hitting the mark with in fashion and pretty pieces that could easily become wardrobe staples, as well as picking up the slack where some other brands are lacking right now. You know me, I'm a big supporter of Topsy Curvy and Lovedrobe - I've been writing about their pieces on and off since I started my blog but it's been a while since I featured them and it's about time I got another post up for you.

When I saw these kimonos being released by Lovedrobe I knew that one had to be mine. Waiting for my order this time around felt like waiting a lifetime for this beauty to show up, but I wasn't disappointed when I received it.

Made from a lightweight fabric with a tie waist that details around the entire kimono to literally tie it together this is a great going out cover up, as well as dressing it down for the day time. For these outfit shots I dressed the Kimono down with my trusty Skechers toe post sandals and jeggings for that comfy but 'I made an effort' vibe. In the heatwave it proved to keep me cool while still covering my pale skin up so I didn't get burned - bonus.

I'd also dress it up with some wedge sandals or heeled boots as we go into Autumn, with a black dress and a pair of tights it would make a great evening outfit.

The thing with Lovedrobe, I generally know what I'm getting with pretty consistent sizing and great quality so I wasn't to be disappointed by this piece and have had so many lovely compliments on it already. As someone who also overheats easily this is the perfect material for those days when you need a little cover up. I really love this kimono and it's one of my favourite pieces in my wardrobe right now.
